Not much to say today really, Wes made some chicken tacos with the chicken thighs I marinated in Orange juice, lemon juice, Hendersons relish, salt, pepper and chili flake. We cooked them on the smoker, cant remember what pellet we used but they came out good, really good! GieGie made her home made pico de gallo.
other than that lovely dinner, quiet day. played around on my MX-1 and got it setup with ableton so I can record in OBS and stuff. Till tomorrow!
